Once your order is placed, it is final. As your dress is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accommodate requests for changes, and we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if your wedding/event is cancelled.

Given all our ready-to-wear pieces are based on standard sizing, alterations can sometimes be required to achieve the best fit. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for these alterations. We recommend you visit one of our preferred seamstresses, who are experienced with our products.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs.  We do not accept returns for change of mind or for shipping delays. 

We do accept returns and refunds for faulty goods.  You are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, should you receive a faulty item. An email must be sent to our customer care team along with photos detailing the fault (contact@belluccio.com.au). Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item.
